appsfire – the best way to manage your apps, share them with friends and discover new ones
Congrats to Yann Lechelle, Ouriel Ohayon and the team at appsfire for creating this service.
I now have over two hundred apps for my iPhone and iPad. Keeping track of them is now easier with appsfire (http://appsfire.com).
With appsfire you can see all your apps and personal app stats, share them easily with friends, get app suggestions, view all your apps in tile mode (particularly beautiful on the iPad!), see your friends and/or celebrities’ favourite apps, follow apps that you have bought to get feature and upgrade alerts … etc. etc.
The appsfire site is a one-stop location for all things app. As well as all the personal app features above, you can find out what is happening in the “app world”, the trends; join the community and generally be more informed when looking for new functionality on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
In addition, the appsfire team have an impressive track record in the tech space, so I am sure we will see many exciting innovations on the service in the coming months …
Below is a screenshot of appfire’s appstream on my iPad.
Vincent Ducrey speaks to Adrian Johnson at the Ballou PR “Pont Party”
Vincent Ducrey, the French government "New Media Adviser" was promoting his book "Le guide d'influence" and the upcoming "Hub Forum Paris" at the Ballou PR "pont party" on Wednesday 8th March.
Unfortunately the weather meant that the networking event was not on the normal picturesque bridge on the Seine, but indoors. Nevertheless, über interesting to find out what the French government is up to with new media and communication … and to learn that all the government ministers have iPads!
Toy Story 3 – The best film of the year?
Pixar have done it again … and yes, I was in floods of tears for the last five minutes!
This is not just a childrens' film with something for the parents. The film shows the bitter sweet process of growing up and the sacrifices and choices we have to make as we move from one phase of life to another. Wow, deep … well I guess that explains the tears …
