About Me

Adrian Johnson is an internet and media entrepreneur living in France. Born to a British-Irish mother and Sierra Leonean father, Adrian spent his early childhood in West and East Africa and the USA.

His last four years of high school were spent in a British boarding school. He earned an Electrical Engineering degree from Imperial College, London and an MBA from INSEAD and France.

After a brief career with ICI and privatising former East German companies, his entrepreneurial career began in Berlin with Archimation, a 3d animation and visualisation company. This successful venture was followed by Poptel, Germany’s first Internet Telephony provider, a pioneer of Voice Over IP (VOIP) technology and services.

After nine formative years in Berlin, Adrian returned to France with his wife and three children, where he now lives on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, developing and investing in various internet and media projects.
